Our Consultancy arm has been involved in Lebanon's Real Estate for a number of years, including projects with companies such as BTC (Bakiche Mountain Resort), Caroni (Port Damour), Paramount (Solidere Projects) and United Developers Corporation (LINORD). A Facilities Management Turnkey Solution is currently being implemented at Benchmark's Wadi Hills Residences.

Our extensive knowledge of Total Facility Management Systems enables us to define the Requirements, make the Selection and carry out the implementation of CMMS/CAFM systems, either stand-alone or integrated with CRM and Accounting to provide a seamless Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
